Until April 14, 2019 - Full refund less US$ 25 handling charges.
Until May 1, 2019 - Full refund less one night charge.
Thereafter - No refund will be made.
Transportation and Operational Tour Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received by May 17, 2019 – full refund will be made.
Thereafter – no refund.

Payment by Credit Card
The Registration and Accommodation Form must be accompanied with full payment.
Please note that the credit card charge is not been made automatically upon submission of the form. The full amount will be charged at the end of March 2019. Charges will be made by Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism (1998) Ltd.
